1. My access is redirecting to buy or order page why?

Why I am facing this problem?

You will face this issue again and again and get redirect to same page or cart page, if you try open same account from Mutiple profiles from same IP or different browser. If you attempt to login using given methods, you will be denied access.

Clear Cookie and Close browser, and try later again within 10 min, it should work then.

Sorry we have no refund policy for 1 day tools, you can cancel recurring payment as soon as you purchase. You have 24 hour inhand to cancel 24 hour tool you purchase.

7. If i cancel my recurring payment do i get access for full 1 day or 30 days tools?

Yes, you can keep your subscription for 1 day or 30 days tools, cancelling recurring payment only cancel your future payment, you get full access even if you cancel recurring payment in advance.

10. I am getting error in checkout page, how to solve it? 

" Product X is incompatible with product Y. Reason: different the first period subscriptions"

If you add 1 day tool with 30-day tool, you will get error. You can only select either 1 day,15-days,30 days, 1 year tool.

To solve this issue

11. I cannot find logut option in my browser?

Minimize page to 90% or 80% using CTRL AND - (Hyphen)

Issue due to multiple IP Login, please avoid logging in from multiple IPS, your account is locked for 24 hours. Try login in again after 24 hours to get access.
